TRACKING MY ORDER

You can track the status of your orders in real time. To find out the current status of your orders, go to "Log in", then click on "My account" and select the order that you want to track.
The status of your orders may be as follows:
- Validated order:
An order with ‘Confirmed’ status automatically generates a purchase. Once your order has been registered and payment has been authorized, your order will be given ‘Validated’ status. You will automatically be sent a confirmation email. You can consult and print your invoice by going to “My account” and opening the “My quotes” section.
- Order on standby:
This status means that payment is pending for your order. When payment has been confirmed by Ros, the status will change to “Released”.
-Cancelled:
This status appears when you call the Customer Service Department to cancel your order. You will be notified personally of the details of each of the operations undertaken by the Customer Service Department, as well as being sent confirmation by email.
